- Do they provide current references for customers?
- How long have they been in business?
- What are their construction options?
- What type of hardware for hinges and drawer guides do they use?
- Do I have upgrade options on drawers or hinges?
- Are my standard shelves adjustable?
- What about the doors–are they solid wood or veneer?
- Are the nail holes visible on the face frames or hidden?
- Regarding the door center panels, are they loose, ¼” material or secured, reverse raised panel?
- Are the drawer boxes on side mount glides and stapled together or undermount guides with dovetailed sides?
- What is their finish process?
- Where do they source raw materials?
- How much of the cabinet box, doors and drawers are made by the factory?
